Stronger
With just under a month left on my LA Boxing program, I am happy to report that:
1. I am MUCH stronger. I can do a ton of push ups and crunches.
2. My stress level has gone down considerably. Hitting and kicking a giant bag does wonders for your sanity. Try it sometime, you will be pleasantly surprised!
3. I love a challenging workout and LA Boxing delivers exactly that. No class is the same. You will not be bored and you will leave sweaty and exhausted!
4. I love training with a personal trainer. It is worth every single penny to get an awesome workout without having to THINK!
