Greg Soto has a professional MMA record of 9-2 with 6 finishes. He holds a Brown Belt in Jiu Jitsu and has extensive wrestling knowledge having competed since he was 6. He is a 2 time Grapplers Quest advanced division champion, a 4 time NAGA advanced division champion, holds 2 MMA titles (Battle Cage Extreme & Cage Fury Fighting Championship) and is a 3 time UFC veteran. Seminar will focus on nogi techniques specifically for MMA and will include striking to set up takedowns, takedowns to guard passes, takedowns to submissions, striking to submissions, and other ground fighting tactics.
