LA Boxing Exton – Lose weight, get in great shape and burn 800 to 1000 calories with our great cardio workout

LA Boxing Exton is partnering with the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County to run our first charitable event.

We are offering a free women’s self defense class for anyone who brings in a donation for the center.

The center is in desperate need of many different items, but most in need of new pillows, twin sheets, twin blankets and crib sheets.

 

The Class will be:

-         11am-1pm Saturday December 15^th

-         At LA Boxing Fitness Center in Exton (342 N. Pottstown Pike, Exton PA 19341; directly across Route 100 from Target)

-         Open to the public and free with donation

-         Focusing on basic skills for women’s self defense

-         Trained by Rob McCullough who was the Season 14 Coach on the TV show The Ultimate Fighter

In addition to the class, anyone who brings a donation will also recieve a free personal fitness evaluation valued at $99.
