1. Breakfast
It keeps you full throughout the day and improves how you function physically and mentally
2. Drinking Calories
Juices, sodas and other sweet drinks are often packed with unnecessary calories (see #7).
3. Midnight Snacks
Avoid them.
4. Exercise
Obviously.
5. Protein
Increase satiety.
6. Portion Control
Save some for later.
7. Water
Drink it: 8-10 glasses a day.
8. Cook
Know exactly what you’re putting in your body
