General Manager for Acadian/Perkins Location
LA Boxing is a values-based company opening a second location in Baton Rouge and in search of a strong General Manager to fuel its quest to become Louisiana's premier fitness company.
The General Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the location. The General Manager is directly responsible for managing and contributing to the following areas:
• Membership sales
• Private training sales
• Merchandise sales
• Creative local marketing
• Staff performance management and development
• Location sanitation and maintenance
• Professional customer service
• Adherence to standard operating procedures
The General Manager must possess the following attributes to be successful:

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year fitness sales management, proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies, achieving sales results and be a person of high integrity.
