Well, recently we’ve made some big changes around here with new staff, new equipment, new amenities, new merchandise and an all new 1/4 MMA cage.

That’s because each gym offers a proper boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts experience, complete with 16-ounce gloves and 150-pound punching bags for our members.
