This Isn’t Vacation Anymore, Toto

Going straight from a long weekend away to a personal training session at LA Boxing? Yeah. That was rough.

There were tires.

(My tricep is lookin’ fierce!!)

And pull ups done while bouncing on the tire (which I was almost too short for):

And inner leg squeezes.

And planks and pushups on weighted balls.
(Put one hand down on the ground. Put the other hand down. Move them back up onto the balls. Repeat.)

Sometimes I moved so quickly my camera couldn’t keep up.

Sometimes I didn’t.

And sometimes I just watched the clock ;)

But I was ALWAYS sweating! :)

Do you jump right back into a hard workout upon returning from a trip? Even though it’s hard because I’m usually tired, I like to, because it really helps me get back on track! Even though I hit the hotel gym a couple times over the weekend and went for a short run, it was still good to get in some serious sweat-age. I missed it!

Check out my previous LA Boxing posts for some inspiration:

If you’ve been wanting to try LA Boxing but haven’t gotten the nerve to check it out, this is your big chance :) Plus, you get to meet me! If you’re interested in joining for an awesome workout and some socializing, send me an email at fannetasticfood@gmail.com with your name and contact information. Other bloggers are welcome as well, and if you have a blog please note it in the email!
