The individual must possess the following Required skills:
- Have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
- Goal Driven / Organized / Punctual / Proactive.
- Possess internal and external canvassing skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and non-verbally to customers, guests, and staff in person as well as over the phone.
- Fast learner, pro-active, able to take direction and work on tasks.
- Good with using PC, mobile phone, email for communication and basic software programs.
- Ability to take initiative, ownership and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to do things in parallel (multi-task) and effectively manages time.
- Exhibit a professional, polite, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
The individual should possess some of the following Preferred skills:
- Undergraduate degree.
- At least 1 year of fitness sales or other service/product sales experience.
